When business owners register for the AutoMessage service, each vehicle will receive a disk to display in the window. If the vehicle is incorrectly parked, driving too fast, or being negligent on the road, the code on the disk can be used to report it. The activity reported will be recorded on the system and details will be sent to the registered owner or manager. This way, business owners can keep up to date with how their business assets are being used and treated.

If anything unusual happens to the driver or the vehicle, the system will capture and process the information in our data warehouse and reporting system. The movements and activities of both vehicle and driver will be provided at a set time or on request.

In future, we aim to enhances the AutoMessage system with new features that allow analysis of the vehicle activities right down to a street level. The expected outcome of this will be for business owners to have better control over their company assets while enjoying lower insurance premiums and a variety of additional benefits.
